JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498A and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant earned Rs. 2.5 lakhs by working as a labour and given the collected amount to her husband for purchase of land but it is alleged that the husband and the in-laws of the informant misappropriated the said amount and further demanded Rs. 5 to 6 lakhs as dowry. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation against the petitioners is omnibus and general and thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23948 of 2016 (2) dt.30-05-2016 2/2 specific accusation of entrustment of money is against the husband of the informant who has been granted regular bail by the learned court below itself.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
