Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 332, 333, 353, 395, 436, 504, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

Petitioner was identified as member of the mob which had obstructed in discharge of official duty by the informant and allegedly damaged the public property due to death caused to a person in a road accident. The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2018.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44738 of 2018 (2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barun Police Station Case No. 97 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
