B. Grant such other reliefs as this Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client is aware of the contract being executed subject to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13451 of 2022(3) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 outcome of the present petition.
Mr. Vikash Kumar, learned SC-11 states that from the reading of the petition, it is evidently clear that there are no averments, much less, the allegations pleaded against respondent No.6, namely, Evanta Global Pvt Ltd, 1-5 Fifth Floor, Exhibition Road, Patna- 800001, Bihar. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty file a fresh petition on the same and subsequent cause of action placing on record additional material, if so required and desired.
Permission granted with liberty as prayed for. As and when any such petition is filed, the same shall be listed on priority basis.
Instant petition stands disposed of as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.
