Petitioner is a PDS dealer and, admittedly, his shop was closed when raid was conducted. The son of the petitioner opened the shop and, on verification, the informant found shortage of 4.40 quintals of wheat and 3.50 quintals of excess rice. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Imamganj PS Case No 29 of 2016
