2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 353, 427, 188/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 30a of the Bihar Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner attacked the police party, damaged police vehicle and got released the apprehended accused persons from the police custody.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner has also got criminal antecedent of excise case.

5. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation,
