The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 448, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

No.61172 of 2021(2) dt.12-05-2022 2/3 It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioners armed with lathi, bhala, tangi have assaulted the informant and when other family members of the informant came to his rescue, they were also assaulted by the accused persons. The accused persons also shot fire which did not hit anyone. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of some land dispute, the present accusation has been levelled against the petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is counter version of the occurrence also and both sides received injuries. The injury reports of the informant's side have been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 132 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
