2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 365, 367, 370, 370A, 371, 376, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 of the Immoral Trafficking Act.
3. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that she was brought to the house of this petitioner and thereafter, she was forced to have sexual intercourse with strangers. On objection, she was assaulted by this petitioner and others.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and she has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, informant herself is an old lady and she was working as maid servant in the house of this petitioner but due
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57028 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 to her misbehaviour, she was ousted from the house and thereafter, this false and concocted case was lodged. Petitioner is a widow lady and victim has already been released in favour of her mother and during medical examination no sign of sexual assault was found. Victim is aged about 18 to 20 years. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Rauta P. S. Case No. 118 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
