The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.11.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29304 of 2010 for extending the period of surrender. This Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 25.11.2010 after four and half years. However, since the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on merits in connection with Jairampur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2007, let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
