2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected order dated 07.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76334 of 2024 by this Court with the observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after four months.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the stipulated period has already been elapsed.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-1, Gopalganj in B.P.
