Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

In this case, the petitioner is challenging his transfer order from Sitamarhi to Bhagalpur as has been claimed by the petitioner that six month earlier, he was transferred to Smastipur and in very short span of time, he cannot be transferred on administering ground. 3.

Though it is an administrative transfer of the petitioner, there is no entry has been made with regard to the transfer on administrative ground of other person but only in the case of the petitioner, the reason

Patna High Court CWJC No.7209 of 2017 dt.20-07-2018 2/2 has been assigned on administrative ground. However, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already relieved from the office of Sitamarhi and also joined Bhagalpur.

In such view of the matter, it appears that the petitioner has already filed a representation to Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna dated 6.6.18. Let the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Govt. of Bihar, to consider the case of the petitioner about his grievance as raised by him and pass reasoned order accordingly within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. 5.

Let the petitioner also file afresh representation giving all details of fact and on receipt of the representation, within three months, the representation of the petitioner would be disposed of by reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
