That this petition is directed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for commanding the respondents authorities for removal of the Encroachment over the Aam Road Bearing Khata No. 1495, Khesra No.

5649, Mouza Madhubani Halka No. 3 Tola Sukhlahia, Circle-Sangrampur, East Champaran

Patna High Court CWJC No.18135 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2022 2/2 which is encroached by the respondents no. 4 to 8 and they have constructed the Nad Khuta and that over the Aam Road, due to which the Aam Road is fully encroached by the private respondents." At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Sangrampur, District-East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Sangrampur, District-East Champaran at Motihari, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
