He gives an undertaking regarding re-fixation of the petitioner's pension in terms of the office order dated 07.03.2018 bearing memo no. 211 issued by the District Education Officer, Buxar. He submits that the retrial dues shall be fixed as per office order within a period of eight weeks from today.
