The learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to add alias name of the Opposite Party No. 2 as Sita Devi. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 1.5.2014.

In the nature of dispute between the Parties the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but, unfortunately, the Petitioner never appeared there which shows that he is not interested in settling the dispute.

Without granting time for such effort on consideration of merits, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17877 of 2014 (4) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 the order dated 1.5.2014 passed in connection with C.R. No.402 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur, is hereby confirmed on the same terms. However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- (One thousand five hundred) per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.750/-. It has been submitted on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2 that the Petitioner has deposited only two installments of Rs.750/-. In view of such, the Court below is directed to ensure that he pays the entire arrears before confirmation of his Provisional anticipatory bail.
