The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kursa kanta (Sonamani Godown) P.S. Case No. 108/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/ 149/341/323/324/447/379/307/354(B)/384/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the head injury caused by the petitioner which is simple in nature and the reason for the occurrence is land dispute of trivial nature, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant vehemently opposed the bail application. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be
