2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Pappu Mandal is said to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5903 of 2024 and the order dated 05.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16388 of 2024 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55602 of 2024(3) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 151 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
