The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 467 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner made tampering in letter no. 841 dated 12.12.2012, issued under the signature of the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as a teacher after verification of his documents. He received salary but, later on, his service was terminated on the ground that the petitioner did not receive teachers training from a recognized institution. The petitioner filed CWJC No. 6876/2014, in which the petitioner filed supplementary affidavit annexing letter no. 841/946 dated 11.12.2012, issued by under the signature of the Director, Primary Education, Bihar,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8914 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 Patna. It was found that some interpolations were made in the aforesaid letter. It is submitted that there is no material on record to show that the petitioner made any interpolation in the letter no. 841 dated 12.12.2012.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheikhpura in Karandey P.S. Case No. 01/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
