The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29715 of 2018, by which the petitioner was granted regular bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 16/2018, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father's name and address of the petitioner may be corrected at the top of the order dated 14.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29715 of 2018 as 'Sri Ganga Prasad Rai @ Ganga Prasad' in place of 'Sri Ganga Prasad Rai' and 'New Mainpura Saguna More' in place of 'New

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43164 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 Manipura Saguna More'.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the father's name of the petitioner and address of the petitioner in the order dated 14.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29715 of 2018 be read as 'Sri Ganga Prasad Rai @ Ganga Prasad', in place of 'Sri Ganga Prasad Rai' and 'New Mainpura Saguna More' in place of 'New Manipura Saguna More'. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same.

The order dated 14.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29715 of 2018, is modified to the extent as indicated above. Let this order be communicated to the learned court below through e-mail.
