2. The petitioner wants permission for purchase of a fresh arms under license number 03 of 2017 because the pistol of the petitioner was snatched by some unknown criminals. The authorities have recommended for permission for purchase of a fresh pistol.

3. In these circumstances, the authorities including the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for purchase of a fresh pistol in accordance with law within two months of communication of this order.
