2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mehasi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.05.2023.

4. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, it appears that petitioner had eloped with victim after having developed an affair on social media account.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released
