The petitioner charges the private respondent nos.4 and 5 of having kidnapped him and of compelling him to withdraw his nomination under threat.

The charge is debatable and requires a confirmation by the aid of evidence. Such exercise is not possible under writ jurisdiction. The petitioner, if so advised, may take recourse to the remedy provided under the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 or before any other forum so available to him in law.
