Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report with the allegation that at the time of alleged offence, he was standing near vehicle of the informant having fire arm in his hand. Admittedly, the other accused opened fire on the informant as well as his father. Moreover, first information report goes to show that there was land dispute between the petitioner and informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018.
