The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 180 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections-419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that being Principal of the school in question, he got admitted some students on the basis of their forged school leaving certificate. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11880 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 180 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
