====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard Sri Gagandeo Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, apprehends his arrest in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 278 of 2013 registered for the offence under section 407, 411, 413 , 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. However, at much belated stage petitioner has been implicated on an allegation that one bag of rice of F.C.I. was shown found near the line hotel of the father of the petitioner and on that strength the petitioner has been made accused in the year 2015.

In view of the facts and circumstances, in the event of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22688 of 2016 (3) dt.25-07-2016 2/2 arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner Amit Kumar @ Amit Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, District Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 278 of 2013 subject to the conditions as contemplated under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
