JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-10-2021 This petition has been filed for restoration of Cr.Misc. No. 24348 of 2019, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 02.03.2020. By the said order, ten days' time was allowed for taking fresh steps for service of notice to opposite party no. 2 by both process, but counsel for the petitioner could not file receipts within time and as such, the petition stood dismissed.

In view of reasons assigned in paragraph 4 & 5 of the present petition, the restoration petition is allowed. Let Cr.Misc. No. 24348 of 2019 be restored to its original file.
