2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Suppl. Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1136 of 2022 registered under section 427, 341, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one Bijoy Yadav and Kunal Yadav are said to have fired upon the victim. The petitioner is not the assailant of the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Suppl. Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1136 of 2022.
8. The petitioner will visit Mansi police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
