Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No.103 of 2018, registered under Sections 307, 323, 325, 341, 354, 379, 427, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that there was collision between the petitioner's motorcycle and informant's car and it is alleged that thereafter the petitioner and others assaulted the informant and his wife and the petitioner was apprehended at the spot. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to accident between the petitioner and informant's car and the petitioner's motorcycle, scuffle took place and the injuries as alleged sustained by the informant and his wife are simple in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45577 of 2018(2) dt.30-07-2018 2/2 nature and the petitioner is an agent of Bajaj Auto Finance and has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Vivek Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Dalising Sarai in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No.103 of 2018.
