The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the petitioner of the petitioner and he is in custody since 15.04.2019. Considering the fact that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
