The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 376(AB)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4, 6, 8, 14(3), 15, 21(1) of the POCSO Act and under Section 66 E, 67, 67(A), 67(B) of the I.T. Act. The victim is 9 years old. The allegations are serious in nature. The petitioner is the own cousin brother of the informant and is the uncle of the victim.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
