The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420, 406, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The B.D.O. alleged that the petitioner, being the ExMukhiya, is said to have taken Rs. 5,000/- from Masudan Rishideo for providing him Indira Awas.

It is submitted that the allegation is false and concocted. There is no chit of paper to show that the petitioner ever received any money from Masudan Rishideo and the allegation of abuse is made with an ulterior motive to make the case graver.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8918 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 98/2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
