====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard counsel for the petitioners and the respondents. In t he present case, prayer has been made for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Suit No. 130 of 2013 from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhepura to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Banka.
Counsel for the respondent submits that it will be better that in stead of transferring the case at Banka, as the
Patna High Court MJC No.2160 of 2014 (6) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 respondent is prosecuting his studies in Medical College at Patna, it will be convenient to attend the court at Bhagalpur. As both the parties have agreed, in stead of transferring the case to Family Court, Banka, Matrimonial (Divorce) Suit No. 130 of 2013, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhepura, is transferred to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur.
Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
