JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2019 In pursuance to the order dated 6.11.2019 passed by this Court, the Chief Manager, State Bank of India, Madhepura is present in the Court and submits that on account of nonsubmission of the life certificate by the petitioner, the pension is not being paid, however, as soon as the petitioner submits the life certificate, the entire arrears of pension along with the monthly pension would be credited in the account of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid understanding and the undertaking furnished by the learned Chief Manager, State Bank of India,
