The present Cr. Writ Application has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. namely, K. Hat P.S. Case No.527 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022 lodged under Sections 406 and 420 of the I.P.C.

Counsel for petitioner submits that she is ready to pay the entire amount according to award to the other parties i.e.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1133 of 2022(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 Rs.3,62,500/- out of total amount Rs.7,25,000/- within 4 months from the date of order in four equal installments. The first installments, she shall pay within one week from today to the concerned parties.

If the payment shall be made within 4 months and thereafter, there shall be no coercive action against the petitioner otherwise, the law will take its own course.

This court is not inclined to quash the F.I.R at present but with this liberty and observation, this Cr. Writ Application is hereby disposed of.
