1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending their arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case no. 688 of 2024, registered under section 351(2), 109 and 324(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that Bhola Singh along with four persons came variously armed with pistol etc and forced the tractor of the informant to return. On the police personnel reaching near the place of occurrence, while the informant and others were thinking of going near the

No.61260 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/3 police, it is stated that the accused persons including the three petitioners herein resorted to firing upon them, however the informant was somehow saved. It is further stated that as they were searching for the driver of their tractor, as such the delay in registration of the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly no person has been injured in the entire occurrence as a result of the alleged firing resorted to by the petitioners. It is further submitted that there is land dispute between the informant and Bhola Singh which would be evident not only from the content of the FIR but also from the earlier cases/FIRs, one of which has been brought on record as Annexure-6 to the petition. Further Bhola Singh has been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.6.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. no.19997 of 2025. The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 have no criminal antecedent.
5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioners in the F.I.R., no person having been injured in the entire occurrence together with Bhola Singh having been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide aforesaid order dated 23.6.2025, it is

No.61260 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 3/3 directed that all the three petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case no. 688 of 2024 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVI, Patna City, District-Patna.
