The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8776 of 2016 to the extent that as a last portion it should be read as to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in stead of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it is wrongly mentioned in the petition.

The order dated 04.04.2016 stands modified to the extent that in the last portion it should be read as learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in stead of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
