The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 208 of 2021 dated 31.10.2021 instituted for the offence under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the FIR which has been lodged for the theft of a motorcycle. The motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner which the petitioner denies. The learned counsel for the petitioner, with reference to the seizure list, has submitted that the recovery was from the National Highway and he was forcibly made to sign the seizure list. The aforenoted implication of the petitioner is only because of his earlier

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51707 of 2022(2) dt.22-12-2022 2/2 involvement in two criminal cases in which he is on bail. Be that as it may, looking at the period of custody of the petitioner which is from 01.11.2021, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - III, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 208 of 2021.
