2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the victim with a sword in a land dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prosecution allegation is falsified from the fact that the injury is lacerated wounds caused by hard blunt substance. Petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that the occurrence has taken place because of land dispute and also considering the fact that the injured has sustained lacerated wound(s), this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Motihari, East Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024.

8. This application stands allowed.
