This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.153 of 2003 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application the same is allowed and C.W.J.C. No.153 of 2003 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that a cost of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees) will be deposited by the petitioners in the coffer of Bihar State Legal Service Authority, Patna within two weeks from today.
