The petitioners apprehend their arrest in P.C. and P.N.D.T. Complaint Case No. 2C2/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 23 of P.C. and P.N.D.T. Act. The gist of allegation is that the petitioners did ultra sound in absence of Doctor-cum-Ultrasonologist of two patients, but there is no allegation against the petitioners that petitioners did sex determination.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before court below within a period of four weeks from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21153 of 2016 (3) dt.21-07-2016 2/2 the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with P.C. and P.N.D.T. Complaint Case No. 2C2/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
