JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-05-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the order dated 12th March, 2014 passed by the learned Authorized Officer-cum-Special Court No.-II, Patna in Special Case No. 2 of 2010 whereby the learned Authorized Officer has declined to get the residential house of the opposite party No. 2 Smt. Sushila Jaiswal evaluated by any other agency. In view of the availability of the statutory remedy of appeal under Section 17 of the Bihar Special Court Act, the application in its present form is not maintainable.
