Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7952 of 2021(4) dt.07-02-2022 2/3 The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the daughter of the informant has been killed by her in-laws including the petitioners for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are mother-in-law, brother-inlaw and sister-in-law of the victim. The live separately from the husband of the victim. They have been implicated in this case only because of the relationship of the petitioners with the husband of the victim. Considering the aforestated facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S.
