JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard Mr. Yogendra Kumar Sinha, counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the State and counsel for the Corporation. It is the argument of Mr. Sinha that even when the petitioner is prepared to deposit the custom milled rice with the Corporation in obedience with the direction of the District Certificate Officer, Sitamarhi but is not being accepted by the Corporation.

The second issue raised by Mr. Sinha is that although the petitioner has deposited 20 % of the certificate amount in

Patna High Court CWJC No.9016 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 compliance of the order passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 31696 of 2015 but the same has not been accounted for, by the District Certificate Officer, Sitamarhi.

Although contentions are advanced by learned counsel but the writ petition does not enclose any document which either reflects a rejection by the Corporation nor there is any document which shows that any such issue relatable to rejection of request of the petitioner to accept custom milled rice by the Corporation or for adjustment of the amount deposited by the petitioner in the light of the order passed by this Court, has been raised by the petitioner before the District Certificate Officer, Sitamarhi. In the circumstances, no cause for indulgence is made out. The petitioner should approach the District Certificate Officer, Sitamarhi for whatsoever grievance that is being raised in the present writ petition and which shall be considered and accordingly disposed of in accordance with law by the District Certificate Officer, Sitamarhi.

The writ petition is disposed of.
