In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 16.03.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusaria, in Maintenance Case No. 93M of 2019, by which the learned Court below has directed the petitioner to pay maintenance of Rs.6,000/- per month to the respondent no.2. I have perused the impugned order dated 16.03.2019 and found that there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order. In the opinion of this Court, the maintenance amount awarded by the Court below is just and proper.
