Vide order dated 01.07.2015, the petitioner was directed to appear on 22nd July, 2015 in Chambers and satisfy the Court that he has deposited the entire arrears and has been regularly depositing Rs. 750/- in the court below in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2, but the petitioner did not appear on 22nd July, 2015. Even today the petitioner did not appear in Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has got no instruction.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 has submitted that Opposite Party No. 2 did not receive any arrears

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5547 of 2014 (9) dt.28-07-2016 2/2 nor she has received monthly maintenance of Rs. 750/-. From order dated 01.07.2015 it appears that there was a direction that if the petitioner failed to satisfy the Court the application shall stand rejected.

Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner above named till further orders vide order dated 19.03.2014 came to an end and the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 124 of 2013 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, is dismissed.
