JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhaurahi) O.P. P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 379, 385 , 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code,. Allegation against the petitioners is of demand of Rangdari of Rs.2,00,000/- and dashing the informant on the earth.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is a land dispute between the parties, for which, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48860 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 present case has been lodged with ornamental demand of Rangdari by the petitioners and earlier petitioner no.3 has also lodged a complaint case against the complainant and others. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Manjhaul, Begusarai, in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhaurahi) O.P. P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
