Having regard to the fact that while the petitioner, in this writ application, claims benefit of arrears of family pension till he or his brother Gautam Kumar Mandal were eligible to get such family pension i.e. till the date they become major, this Court, by taking into account that in the family pension payment order issued by the Accountant General on 07.01.2012, it has been clearly mentioned that both Uttam Kumar Mandal and Gautam Kumar Mandal were entitled for family pension on the basis of their date of birth being 3rd April 1985 and 12th March 1990, would direct all concerned to ensure that whatever arrears of family pension is payable to the petitioner either for himself or his brother, must be paid to him and/or his brother Gautam Kumar
Patna High Court CWJC No.2963 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 Mandal, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
