2. The application is filed seeking modification of the order dated 04.06.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36320 of 2026, whereby the petitioner has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.
3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the name of the petitioner appears to be Ranjan Kumar, Son of Yogendra Paswan, but the FIR has been instituted in his nickname as Kartal Kumar and thus, due to inadvertence in the bail application, his name has also been mentioned as Kartar Paswan @ Kartar Kumar @ Kartal Kumar. To support the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54133 of 2026(2) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 aforesaid contention, learned Advocate for the petitioner also brought on record the copy of Aadhaar Card.
4. Having considered the submissions advanced, the name of the petitioner as mentioned in the order dated 04.06.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36320 of 2026 be read as Ranjan Kumar @ Kartar Paswan @ Kartar Kumar @ Kartal Kumar, Son of Yogendra Paswan.
5. Accordingly, the order stands modified to the extent indicated hereinabove.
6. Time for surrender and furnishing bail bond be extended for a further period of four weeks.
