Vide order dated 07.09.2021, a report was called for regarding the stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial. In compliance thereof, a report dated 10.09.2021 and 14.09.2021 sent by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), West Chamaparan at Bettiah has been received, which is at Flag 'R' and 'R/2' to this application. The learned Additional Sessions Judge in his report, inter alia, has stated that evidence of three independent witnesses, doctor and Investigating Officer is yet to be done and it is hoped that the trial would be concluded within six months.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9161 of 2021(4) dt.28-09-2021 2/2 Considering the report of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within nine months.
