JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that for the dispute with regard to grazing of crop by the got of the informant's side, petitioner assaulted on the hand of the wife of the informant when other accused persons snatched silver ornament.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be lacerated simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substances when there is counter versions of the occurrence also.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

No.15779 of 2015 (2) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Araria. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
