2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A), 406 and 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1897 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner, a person of clean antecedents, has been falsely implicated. In any event he agrees to offer an amount of Rs.1000/- per month regularly for the benefit of the opposite party no.2

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.23505 of 2014 (6) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 15.09.2014 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 1897 of 2013 shall stand hereby confirmed subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. and subject to further condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by opposite party no.2 and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
