2. This application for anticipatory bail has been filed on behalf of the petitioner who apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Complaint Case no.2295 of 2012.

3. The allegations are with regard to demand of dowry and torture for non-fulfilment thereof.

4. Perused the report of the Mediation Centre dated 23.09.2015 at flag 'A'.

5. Without deliberating the merits of the allegations, this Court takes note that the parties have since resolved their disputes amicably. The petitioner is ready to keep the opposite

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 24.09.2014 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 2295 of 2012 shall stand hereby confirmed subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
